Great quality, it was mailed with great care. Good size as well. The cutting is in shock which is normal due to the heat, and should get itself together. Will buy again from this seller! Thanks !

I ordered a “tree”. I did expect a sapling and got that however, it arrived in a clump of brown paper towel. No dirt, nothing. It is definitely in shock and the bottom was dead. Trying to save it. It was only $10 so I shouldn’t have expected much but I definitey expected it to come in dirt

This item arrived in sad condition. We immediately put into soil to try and revive. Gave it a couple days to try and perk up and it is still flopped over and nearly dead. Not sure what the condition it was in prior to shipping but possibly 3 days in a sealed box completely left this plant unsalvageable. Disappointed that this was a gift that delivered straight to my sister.
